What does Ostro do?
We take ownership of your marketing website. That covers product and feature pages, launch pages, pricing and positioning updates, landing pages, CMS work, conversion improvements and technical upkeep. You tell us what shipped, and we keep the site in step.
Who is it for?
Funded B2B AI companies, usually 15 to 60 people, from seed to Series B. Teams that ship product often and don't have a dedicated web team.
How is this different from a freelancer or an agency?
A freelancer still needs you to manage their time, context and quality. An agency is built around big projects and tends to move on after launch. We stay on, learn your product and release rhythm, and own the outcome month to month.
Why not just build it ourselves?
Building a first version has never been easier. Keeping it accurate as your product changes is the hard part. With DIY tools, your team still owns every update, fix and decision. We take that on, so the site keeps up without pulling your team off their real work.
How quickly do changes go live?
Small, clear changes sent by 4pm your time on a working day are normally live by 9am the next working day. Bigger pages get a short written scope and a delivery date. For launches with five working days' notice, we agree a plan and have the site ready on launch day.
Do we need a new website first?
Usually not. If your current site is in reasonable shape, we start improving it straight away. If it's holding you back, we'll recommend a scoped foundation build first, quoted separately.
Which platforms do you work with?
Webflow, Framer, Next.js and others. We use whatever suits your team. You own your code, CMS, domain, accounts and assets, so you're never locked in.
How is it priced?
A flat monthly fee agreed up front, based on how often you ship. No hourly billing. We're taking on a small number of founding partners at a reduced rate.
Is there a minimum term?
No. It's month to month, invoiced in advance. Cancel in any month and the current month runs to its end.
What isn't included?
Product UI, backend and app development, dedicated copywriting, paid media and full branding projects. We can quote these separately.
